My nephew will be celebrating his first Holy Communion this year and I can not believe how fast time has flown by! First Communion is considered one of the holiest and most important occasions in a Roman Catholic's life. Most Catholic children receive their First Communion when they're seven or eight years of age.

Last month we put out a giveaway for a stationery set for one of our followers. Here is her favorite Holiday memory: 
My favorite holiday memory as a child is centered around the night before Christmas morning. My brother and I shared a room, so our mom would put us to bed extra early. Once, everyone was asleep my brother and me would sneak out of our room just to count each others gifts and try to figure out if we got what we asked Santa to bring us. I sure wish I could go back in time and re-live those childhood memories.

The holidays are upon us and for me its bittersweet.  I say its bittersweet because I lost my mom 10 years ago on Christmas day. Christmas was her favorite holiday and so instead of mourning her loss, we remember her and celebrate her life.

I'm so excited to be at another event with Cheryl Wood of Moms R The Best!  Next week we will be showcasing our work at the Diva Time with Mom event in Largo, MD. I am looking forward to meeting so many moms and "lil divas" to show them my work. Who doesn't love to design for children!!  We can design invitations for your child's next birthday bash.

Just wanted to share some Halloween pictures with you.  We took the kids to see Toy Story 3 on Ice, which by the way, was great!!  Then to trick or treat in my brother's neighborhood.  Fun times with family!  






David was more concerned with the light spinning toy then the show!
