How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on weight, calculated at time of delivery and charges added to your final invoice.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are based in Maryland and are required to charge a sales tax. All orders within the state of Maryland are charged a 6% sales tax.

Can you print the envelopes for my invitations?
Yes! The addressee can be printed on each envelope to coordinate with your set for an additional fee. Just send me your guest list in the template provided (address template).

Do you offer a mailing service?
Yes we do! I print the addresses of each guest, affix all the postage and take the invitations to the post office to be hand cancelled and shipped. Let me worry about getting the invitations to your guests while you focus on your big day. This service is available for an additional fee plus postage.

What type of payment do you accept?
All payments such as personal check, money order, cash or all major credit cards via PayPal are accepted.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, a minimum order of 50 is required as well as a minimum order of 25 for photo announcements.

When should I order my invitations?
You should consider placing your order of custom invitations 4 -5 months in advance to allow for consultation, production and mailing.

What printing options do you offer?
95% of my work is digital print and it’s also the most popular. Other printing options available are thermography, foil stamping and letterpress. Please note these printing options are higher in costs.

When should I mail my invitations?
I suggest that you mail out your wedding invitations 6 – 8 weeks in advance (3 – 4 weeks before for other events such as birthday parties). You should request a reply date 2 – 3 weeks prior to your wedding date so you have time to give the caterer or reception venue your final count. For destination weddings, you should send a save the date 10 – 12 months in advance and the invitation 4 months in advance.

Do you use eco-friendly products?
I am committed to taking part in saving our environment. In an effort to do so, I start within my studio – the studio is located in my home so that’s one less car in the street polluting the air. All materials are reused, whether its scrap papers or packing materials. I have many green options for invitations and stationery. Please contact me to learn what they are.

Will you touch-up/edit my photographs?
Yes, basic touch-up is available at no additional charge. Editing such as converting to sepia or black and white and cropping are also included at no additional charge. If you have any specific suggestions, please note them when ordering. Additional fees may apply.

How should I send my photo? Can I send more than one photo?
You may submit up to 4 photos by uploading them in the secure client area or e-mailing them toinfo@dionisasdesigns.com.
Your photographs should be jpeg files. Please make sure they have been saved at a high resolution (at least a 4x6 at 300 dpi which is 1200x1800 pixels) and that they are the original full image. Please do not crop or edit the picture yourself.
If you choose to upload your photographs, depending on your Internet connection and size of image, it may take a few moments for your images to upload. If you prefer emailing them, you may have to send one photograph at a time depending on what size your e-mail provider allows for file attachments.

Can I use a professional photograph on my cards?
Professional photographs remain the property of the photographer who took the picture. We will gladly use a professional photograph or portrait if you obtain written permission from the photographer for us to use it. You must send us a copy of the signed, written release or permission form. It must specifically grant Dionisa’s Designs LLC permission to use and edit the photograph for the purpose of creating and reproducing your cards. They must also attach their business card to the form.
